If you are already an Asana customer, a positive change in your situation is required.

iDO applies similar pricing to Asana. Discounts are available, however, particularly on volumes. Contact us for details.
Bank transfers are preferred. Payment by credit card is possible, but a service fee will be charged.
iDO applies the same tiers as Asana, i.e. 5-10-15-20-25-30-40-50… We are not allowed to sell less than 5 licenses.
If you’re already an Asana customer and want to switch your licenses to iDO. iDO issues an invoice for the annual subscription, you pay the invoice, iDO orders the licenses from Asana, which activates them within 48 hours. iDO then becomes your privileged contact!
If you’re already a customer, Asana will immediately refund any overpayment, and you’ll be given a new contract renewal date.
You can ask all questions related to Asana functionalities: how to deactivate a notification, how to create a project, how to add a project to a portfolio…
This level 1 iDO support does not, however, cover questions related to your own use of Asana, such as how to create a customized process, how to improve your existing processes, onboarding, etc.
