Prepare for your
Asana session with Bastien
During sessions, time flies and we all want to get the most out of our time together. Here’s what to prepare for our first session together:
- Create an empty project in your company's Asana
- Import our CSV into the project
- Invite Bastien (bastien.siebman@ido-clarity.com) as a guest on the project
- List any topic you want to discuss, ordered by priority
- Ask your team to collaborate and share their own questions
- Install the desktop version of Zoom

All you need to know about our sessions
Pricing is always discussed beforehand. The first call is usually a free introductory call (25 minutes).
We record all meetings. You can ask for a meeting not to be recorded when the meeting starts.
Zoom is our favorite tool for video meetings, we can also use Google Meet, Teams, Webex…
Make sure to get in touch before the meeting and/or use the Calendly cancel/reschedule link within the meeting calendar event and justify your action.
An intro call is a free first call used to get to know each other, understand the situation you are in and see if and how we can work together.
Feel free to invite whoever is required to be on the call.
