Customer Success Manager (CSM)
📍 Remote (Europe) | Permanent contract | €45–60K gross/year + team bonus | Bilingual role (English/French)

🎯 Our challenge
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to:
- Strengthen support for our clients (SMBs, mid-size companies, large enterprises)
- Maximize Asana adoption and customer satisfaction
- Ensure retention, foster expansion and upsell
- Play a strategic role in client growth and the structuring of our CSM methodology
🛠️ Your day-to-day role
🔄 Renewal & Monitoring
- Manage license renewals, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Monitor account health using the right tools and indicators.
❤️🔥 Customer Health
- Drive the Dragon methodology (our strategic accounts).
- Conduct weekly calls with strategic clients.
- Respond to support questions (Level 1).
- Become the main point of contact post-onboarding.
- Track a Health Score based on usage, adoption, etc.
- Identify risks and implement anti-churn action plans.
🌍 Community
- Manage a community of champions.
- Co-host webinars with the marketing team.
- Maintain close relationships with Asana’s CSMs.
🧾 Content & Customer Experience
- Create content: best practices, champion roles, client benefits…
- Help create case studies and customer testimonials.
- Contribute to the client newsletter.
- Assist in structuring a dedicated Customer Area.
🔁 Processes & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure the post-sale customer journey.
- Standardize and optimize our CSM workflows.
- Smooth handovers from Sales → Consultant → CSM.
- Relay feedback to improve the iDO methodology.
📈 Growth / Resell / Expand
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Work hand in hand with existing teams to grow accounts.
- Propose tailored offers based on identified needs.
🧬 What We’re Looking For
Skill | What We Expect |
Languages | Fluent French & English (Italian is a plus) | Location/Timezone | Ideally, you live in Western Europe |
Tools | Comfortable with a CRM (ideally Hubspot), strong familiarity with SaaS tools |
Asana | You’ve used it before—not an expert yet, but eager to become one quickly |
Mindset | Proactive, curious, structured, customer- and results-oriented |
Soft Skills | Patience, pedagogy, a smile, community spirit, adaptability |
Experience | Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting |
